Abstract:	本研究探討之主題，為近來各界共同關注的「原住民族委員會組織法」修正、原住民族自治法草案、以及部落公法人試辦方案等關鍵議題。整個研究的目標是希望以一年為期，為日後發展成一個「制度／政策」（institution/policy-oriented）導向的整合型研究團隊預作準備。整體來說，本計畫嘗試由學理的角度來對「代表性官僚／行政機關典範」（representative bureaucracy/agency）和「原住民族自治典範」進行梳理，以尋求理論對接與制度調適。從這樣的選題可以知道，本研究具備理論與實務層面的重要性，亦具備政策前瞻性與社會關切性。此外，申請人亦冀盼稟持自身原住民研究者的身分來為政策提供合宜的建言。
