Abstract:	本計畫發展之際術為國際產學界積極發展重點之一，若能提早佈局並發展此系統前瞻技術，參與國際制訂應用與系統規格，其學術發展與經濟效益將不可限量。融合通訊網路、人工智慧計算與感測數據於前瞻星空地網路佈建及優化，將能提升頻譜能源使用經濟效益。本計畫具前瞻創新與先進性，將協助國內學術及產業界注入前瞻技術研發，培育學員之研究理論、實務、研發規劃、文獻發表等能力，建立獨立思考和洞察力，培養團隊合作能力，為未來產學界注入新血並投入更具價值之技術開發。本計畫研究成果更建立了全域網路模擬平台，將所設計的技術整合為多面向之前瞻關鍵技術開發平台，將能助益於快速發展具競爭優勢之相關應用，榮登產學界之國際舞台。
