Abstract:	為了成功推動數位轉型，企業必須有效應對過程中面臨的各種挑戰與變革。本研究聚焦於以人工智慧驅動的數位轉型情境，旨在協助企業有效化解數位轉型中各種潛在的衝突與矛盾，基於不同的理論視角以及專案集的架構特性，從領導能力理論觀點深入探討其與轉型雙元性之間的關聯性。本研究以數位轉型專案集的領導團隊為研究核心，提出一個能力框架，發展領導團隊重要的融合能力、平衡能力與領導能力，並透過質性與量性研究方法交叉驗證本研究計畫所提出的融合能力、平衡能力與領導能力如何強化轉型雙元性，從而提升數位轉型的績效。本研究的成果將為企業推動以人工智慧為主的數位轉型提供重要參考，發展領導團隊的能力並成功應對衝突與矛盾實現轉型成功。
