    Abstract: 本研究型計畫旨在開發並驗證一種新型非接觸式電容感測技術,用於管線洩漏的即時、長效、低成本和模組化浮油監控。透過創新的梳狀電極設計並整合人工智慧進行數據分析,本系統將克服現有技術的局限,提供即時警報以及未來低成本多點佈署的可能性,促成主動式環境監測的新突破。該技術的輕量化與小型化特性使本感測設備能靈活部署於各種現地場域與工業情境中;其易於整合與模組化量產的優勢,有望構建廣泛分佈的智慧監測井網。本計畫預期對土壤和地下水污染防治作出重大貢獻,可即時偵測浮油洩漏、防止污染擴散,提升環境保護效能與整治效率。 ;This research project aims to develop and validate a novel contactless capacitive sensing technology for real-time, long-term, low-cost, and modular monitoring of floating oil resulting from pipeline leaks. By incorporating an innovative comb-shaped electrode design and integrating artificial intelligence for data analysis, the proposed system will overcome limitations of existing technologies, providing immediate alerts and the potential for low-cost, multi-point deployment in the future. This enables a breakthrough in proactive environmental monitoring. The technology’s lightweight and miniaturized design allows flexible deployment in a variety of industrial and field scenarios. Its modular and easily integrable nature facilitates the construction of a widely distributed smart monitoring well network. The outcomes of this project are expected to significantly contribute to the prevention and control of soil and groundwater pollution by detecting oil leaks in real time, thereby preventing contamination spread and improving remediation efficiency.
