Abstract:	本整合型計畫以「氣候變遷下地下水治理桃園示範區」為目標，全面評估桃園地區地下水水量風險、地下水水質風險與地下水乾旱風險。研究重點聚焦於三大層面：（1）釐清現況風險，掌握地下水資源當前面臨之壓力與問題；（2）評估未來氣候變遷情境對上述風險的加劇或變化；（3）研擬具體可行的調適策略，以提升在極端氣候下的地下水治理韌性。本計畫共分為四個子計畫，分別針對地下水水量、水質、乾旱衝擊與智慧治理平台進行專業研究，並由總計畫整合各項成果，協調資料共享與與地方政府的溝通合作。透過人工智慧與數位孿生技術建立快速模擬與互動平台，並輔以地理視覺化展示，提升風險傳達與決策支援效能，強化科學與政策之連結，最終提供政府與利害關係人面對氣候變遷的水資源管理依據。
