;This study presents the design and fabrication of a miniature axial-flux
permanent magnet motor utilizing PCB-based wave windings as the stator and a
ring-shaped permanent magnet rotor. The structure integrates an aluminum alloy
shaft with a photopolymer resin housing to form a compact assembly. The
research focuses on optimizing the housing structure, particularly the bearing
arrangement and magnet fixation, to ensure sufficient mechanical strength and
stability under high-speed rotation. The final prototype, with a diameter of
approximately 30 mm and a height of 25 mm, was tested with a 2-inch two-blade
propeller for static thrust measurement. Experimental results show that under a
lithium-ion battery supply, the motor achieved a rotational speed of about 33,000
rpm and produced a maximum static thrust of 23 g. Overall, the results verify the
feasibility and potential of the proposed PCB axial-flux motor for application in
    micro-UAV propulsion systems.
