摘要(中) 近年來,網路已經與我們生活越來越密切。由於網路使用愈來愈頻繁,當使
用者投入於使用網路的時候,往往會進入渾然忘我境界,並且忽視其它事物的知
覺。只專注於眼前的活動,喪失對於時間的知覺,此種情況與 Csikszentmihalyi
(1975) 所提出沈浸體驗十分相似。而過去研究使用者的沈浸體驗大多著重於網
站特性(如:介面設計的生動性、互動性與易用性等)與使用者本身的對於網路
的使用技巧與活動所給予挑戰等因素,很少有文獻探討人際互動與網站內容對於
使用者的沈浸體驗影響,因此本研究納入人際互動涉入與主題涉入兩個概念來探
討網路使用者的沈浸體驗。並將實驗的研究情境分為 WWW 與 BBS 以比較不
同系統特性對於使用者的沈浸體驗的影響是否有差異。
本研究以網路問卷進行資料的蒐集,並使用 LISREL 來進行 Structual
Equation Model (SEM) 分析,以檢驗本研究的研究假說,研究結果發現:
1. 在 WWW 與 BBS 的環境下,主題涉入程度與人際互動涉入程度對於使用
者的專注有沈浸體驗有顯著的影響,對於使用者的沈浸體驗有間接的影響
2. 不同系統的環境特性對於使用者的沈浸體驗有影響。
本研究證實了人際互動涉入與主題涉入會透過專注影響使用者的沈浸體
驗,顯示人際互動與主題涉入乃是影響使用者沈浸體驗的重要因素之一。而研究
結果也顯示系統特性則並非影響使用者沈浸體驗的最關鍵因素。
