摘要(中) 整車物流是指專門運送已完成製造、準備交付給終端客戶或經銷商的汽車或其他車輛的物流服務,在汽車行業中扮演著非常重要的角色。隨著全球汽車製造和消費市場的不斷擴大,整車物流的效率和可靠性變得至關重要。本論文聚焦於探討整車物流運輸行業的關鍵成功因素,特別是針對S公司的商業模式進行了深入分析,透過案例研究和深入訪談的方法,集中分析了S公司在物流和運輸策略上的具體實踐,理解S公司如何在車輛物流運輸行業中取得成功至關重要。商業模式分析結果顯示,資訊化升級、成本低減、人才留任意願是S公司在市場中獲得競爭優勢的關鍵因素。最後,本研究通過深入剖析個案S公司商業模式,凸顯其競爭優勢和未來方向,以因應市場變化和挑戰,實現可持續發展,並對S公司以及整個車輛物流業提出了建議。本研究貢獻在於深入理解整車物流運輸行業成功至關重要的因素,為這一領域的學術研究和實務操作提供了有一些價值參考。
摘要(英) Vehicle logistics refers to the logistics service that specializes in transporting completed automobiles or other vehicles ready for delivery to end customers or dealerships, playing a crucial role in the automotive industry. With the continuous expansion of the global automotive manufacturing and consumption market, the efficiency and reliability of vehicle logistics have become paramount. This paper focuses on exploring the key success factors of the vehicle logistics transportation industry, particularly conducting an in-depth analysis of the business model of Company S. Through case studies and in-depth interviews, it concentrates on analyzing the specific practices of Company S in logistics and transportation strategies, understanding how Company S achieves crucial success in the vehicle logistics transportation industry. The analysis of the business model reveals that information technology upgrading, cost reduction, and talent retention willingness are key factors contributing to Company S′s competitive advantage in the market. Finally, this study, through a thorough analysis of Company S′s business model, highlights its competitive advantages and future directions to address market changes and challenges, achieve sustainable development, and provides recommendations for Company S and the entire vehicle logistics industry. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the critical success factors in the vehicle logistics transportation industry, offering valuable references for academic research and practical operations in this field.
