摘要(英) The perpetual evolution inherent in the business landscape, especially the exponential speed of change during the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is undeniable. However, not every enterprise fully recognizes such an environment and makes appropriate changes or adaptations, leading to a gradual loss of competitiveness. In this turbulent time, enterprises need to move forward in the right direction, possessing the competency to make organizational changes to sense and respond to environmental fluctuations. This thesis examines the role of digital leadership in such processes, specifically, it investigates how organizations can thrive in rapidly changing business landscapes characterized by digital innovations.

This study utilizes traditional mail surveys to gather data from the top 1,000 manufacturing firms in Taiwan. Ultimately, 83 valid questionnaires were received, and the research model was analyzed using partial least squares. The findings reveal that digital innovation serves as a significant mediator, while the moderating effect of digital leadership on enhancing digital innovation is not evident. These insights offer managerial implications, identify the study′s limitations, and suggest directions for future research. Overall, the study indicates the contemporary competency of agility and the effect of digital capability.
