      <description>title: 104年淡水河下游河口附近水理輸砂及地形變遷研究;2015 Sediment Transport at Danshui Rivermouth and surrounding coastlines abstract: 控制淡水河河口輸沙的主要因素為潮汐、波浪、河川流量、河口地形及懸浮質及底床質特性等。挖子尾沙嘴灘線逐年變動並有持續溯河延伸及外擴的趨勢，砂嘴內凹的淺灘潟湖則趨淤淺。本年度(104年)計畫之主要工作包含: (1)河口段水理特性分析 及 (2) 河口沙嘴地形之演變及風吹砂性應分析二部分。 在水理特性分析將進行流速觀測以探討河口段漲退潮流的輸沙特性，探討河床底形、流速、流量之關係， 並分析淡水河的水下沙丘阻力及台北港建港對淡水河的效應。在河口地形之演變分析方面, 則進行淡水河口挖仔尾沙嘴及灘線之資料分析，風吹砂的輸砂量及其演化趨勢評估。經由本年度計畫成果, 可深入瞭解淡水河下游底床及砂嘴之改變、淡水河下游於颱洪期及平時之水理特性，及淡水河下游及河口在潮流、風、浪、與河川流量互制下之輸砂現象及其地形變遷趨勢，以供日後臺北港營運及河口治理之參考。;The mechanisms controlling the sediment transport around Danshui river mouth and the surrounding coastalines are tides, waves, river flow, suspended load and bed load. In order to evaluate the sediment capacity and the stability of the Danshui river mouth, the proper evaluation of sediment transport in this region is required. In this study, we will explore the bedforms around Danshui river mouth and the evolution of Waziwei sand spit and aeolian process in an one-year span. The hydraulic data will be continuously collected , and will be used to calibrate the suitable sediment transport equation. The model will be evaluated by either experimental or field studies. The goal of this study is to provide some alternatives to resolve the sediment erosion and accretion problems around Danshui river mouth and the Taipei Harbor.;研究期間：10403~10412

      <description>title: 廢棄資源物再利用於公路工程規範草案之研究;Study for standardizes outlines of utilization the waste materials on Highway Engineering abstract: 摘要 由於天然資源日趨枯竭，為了維護環境生態並確保人類社會經濟的永續發展，未來營建工程所使用之材料勢必朝節能化及再生化方向發展。經適當處理及品質管理後之再生材料，亦可應用視其特性於國內各項土木水利等工程建設，以達全面推動資源化之目的。 台灣地區經濟快速成長，對於道路運輸系統的需求與品質亦逐年提高，因此道路工程之料源需求量大幅增加，然台灣地區天然砂石料源開發已面臨短缺之瓶頸。為促進公共建設之興建能兼顧生態環境維護及自然資源永續利用，本研究特針對公共工程中的道路鋪面工程，分成四個階段，從資料收集到實驗室試驗，再經由現地鋪設與實際應用，最後進行再生材料的各項成效評估。從再生材料分類及處理技術進行成本分析，得以結合處理技術與市場經濟角度，並藉由瞭解再生材料之經濟及生態等效益，加速提昇國內資源回收再利用的比例，最後以實驗室中的配合設計案例探討再生材料於未來工程普遍應用的可行性。 本計畫於研究期間內會完成廢棄資源物再利用於公路工程規範草案，並完成廢棄資源物再利用於公路工程使用手冊。 ; Due to the gradually decreasing our natural resources, to protect the environment, and to ensure the sustainability of our society, the materials that would be used by construction engineering development in the future must be heading toward both energy saving and recycling aspects. Recycled materials, which had been properly treated and qualified, could be applied to various kinds of domestic civil engineering constructions, according to their characteristics, then we can achieve the purpose of fully driving the regeneration of waste materials. The need and quality demand of our transportation systems had increased year by year due to Taiwan’s rapid economic growth. Therefore, the demand of raw materials for pavement engineering increases enormously. Thus, the exploitation of natural sandstones as raw materials in Taiwan is facing the bottleneck of supply shortage. As to promote the construction of public facilities that could give consideration both on environmental protection and sustainable use of natural resources, this research aims at the pavement construction, and divides it into four phases. First from collecting data to laboratorial tests, then from on-site pavement to practical applications, and gradually we proceed various types of cost-effective evaluation of recycled materials. With the cost-benefit analysis of both the classification of recycled materials and treatment technologies, plus the understanding of the recycled materials’ economical and environmental benefits, we can speed up the raise of the proportion of reuse and recycle in our country. At last, we confer on laboratorial-designed cases with the possibility of general applications of recycled materials on future constructions. Meanwhile, establishing “The standard outlines for utilization the recycled materials on Pavement Engineering”, and “The manual handbooks for utilization recycled materials on Pavement Engineering” will be achieve during research period. ; 研究期間 9702 ~ 9712

      <description>title: 強化公路鋪面品質整合型計畫－道路養護品質知識管理之研究;Integral study of improving pavement quality in highway：study of road maintenance quality with knowledge management. abstract: 我國在經濟發展下，國民生活水準日益提升，對於生活品質要求越來越高。公路身為人民行之必須建設，品質亦須有所提升。在相關法規及規範日益健全的今日，公路主管單位日漸遵循一套機制運作，雖符合標準作業流程的精神，但對於偶發異常事件卻難以在整體統計資料中發現，對於人員的學習和經驗亦無法傳承，如此在過去依某些經驗所掩蓋的問題將顯現出來。故本研究以將更新及修正現行鋪面養護管理系統，建構模組分為以活動為基礎之成本分析模組、連續時間預測模組、離散事件預測模組、一般統計分析模組、時空分布分析模組，透過導入知識管理於養護作業中，並進行系統推廣及尋找示範工務段共同進行系統修正，蒐集相關成效資料，以實例驗證，達成以減輕基層工程師工作負擔之目標。 ; Because economic development is growing, the national living standard improves day by day; people require higher and higher the quality of the life. The road is one of the most important infrastructures, the quality must be improvement too. The regulation and norm have been all already sound now, the responsible institution of the highway has followed a set of mechanisms operation gradually. Although accord with the spirit of the procedure of the standard homework, it is difficult to find the accidental unusual incident in the whole statistical data. It is also unable passing study and experience on. This study will renew and revising the current pavement management system, we will build cost analysis model with Activity-Based Cost, continuous time prediction model, dispersed incident predict model, general statistical analysis model, and distribution of space-time analysis model, through put knowledge management into maintenance work. Carry on system popularize and system revising, and collect related performance data to verify the instance, in order to lighten the basic engineer’s work burden. ; 研究期間 9703 ~ 9711
