企業為了保有競爭優勢,確保企業生存,必須要降低成本、加速企業反應環境的速度,有效利用組織資源,所以企業必須進行必要的變革活動以達到這些目的,企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)系統即是為了因應此種需求而產生的一套系統,因此當企業導入企業資源規劃系統時也可以視為一種組織變革(Organizational change)活動的進行。 導致組織變革活動失敗的原因很多,其中一個主要原因即是組織變革的抗拒(The resistance of organizational change),本研究整理相關文獻,歸納可能影響組織成員對ERP系統導入產生抗拒的因素,以探討導入ERP時中所遭遇可能會引起組織成員抗拒的問題有哪些,接著探討組織成員抗拒對於ERP系統導入績效的影響,將兩個結果結合,提供企業本研究所得到的結論,也提出幾項建議給企業參考,以利於企業在決定導入ERP時,能夠針對這些問題加以解決,避免組織因成員抗拒心理提高,而導致ERP系統績效不彰。 Enterprises want to get the advantages of competition and subsistence of the organizations, so they must to reduce costs, add the speed of response to the environment and use the resources effectively. And in order to achieve the objectives, enterprises must to implement some essential activities of change. Enterprise Resource Planning is a system that it can meet the requirements, and when the organizations implement Enterprise Resource Planning system, it can also be regard as an implementation of organizational change. There are many causes that lead to the failure of organizational change, and one of the main causes is the resistance of organizational change. This paper collects some related references and induces some causes that can lead to the organizational members resist the implementation of ERP system. So we can research the problems that are due to the implementation of ERP, and then research the effects of the organizational members resist the organizational change to the performances of ERP system. To combine the results, we can offer the results and some suggestions to enterprises, and then when organizations implement ERP system, they can directly solve the problems. Then organizations can avoid the members resist the organizational change that causes the performances of ERP to more poor.
