    Abstract: 中文摘要 台灣位於環太平洋地震帶中歐亞板塊及菲律賓海板塊的交界處,為地震發生相當頻繁的區域,其中台灣西部的地震活動雖不如東部地區頻繁,但因其震源較淺,且多發生在陸地,所以較有可能發生災害,加上西部地區地勢較為平緩,許多經濟發展的建設也都設置與此,尤其是帶動台灣經濟起飛的高科技產業,多將公司與廠房設立於西部地區。由於高科技廠房的結構特殊,加上製程的設備價值高且集中,對震動又非常敏感,需投入大量的資金與人力來控管,故為了減少地震所帶來的損失,地震風險的評估可說是高科技產業風險管理中相當重要議題。 本文將針對台灣地區特有的高科技廠房結構,進行相關資料收集,作為建立結構物分析模型之主要依據,並採用非線性動力分析和非線性靜力分析來進行相關研究,分析出建立高科技廠房結構易損性曲線的參數,有助於日後評估類似建物在地震作用下,所造成的不同損害程度與其機率,亦可依此做為未來推估廠房需要補強的時的經濟效益。 ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to build a structural fragility curve of hi-tech fabs, and that can be used to estimate the damage ratio of multiple fabs from earthquake in Tainan hi-tech park in Taiwan. We use SAP2000 to analyze by pushover analysis and time-history analysis. Maximum story drift ratio is used as damage index in this study. In order to get the threshold of story drift ratio, we define four damage levels by capacity curve from pushover analysis and calculate maximum story drift ratio in corresponding damage level. Then, maximum story drift ratio under different intensity of earthquakes in Tainan will be obtained by time-history analysis. After getting the above-mentioned data, we will establish the structural fragility curve with concepts of statistics.
