Abstract:	股票市場是投資人期望獲得薪資外所得的管道，投資人之所以願意將資金投注於股票市場，乃是希望藉由承擔合理的風險以獲得可觀的報酬。市場中因存在資訊不對稱的情形，導致優先掌握市場資訊的投資人可優先取得市場先機，賺取超額報酬，也就是80%人賠錢，20%的人賺錢；而網際網路的興起，提供世人一個廉價且可迅速收集資訊的平台，可降低資訊不對稱的程度，但哪些資訊需求是投資理財所需的呢？這是本研究要探討的。網際網路上的投資網站很多，這些網站提供的資訊品質、多寡是否有差異呢？本研究針對入口網站、媒體、財經網站、卷商網站等四類分別觀察台灣、美國各2個網站，共16個網站，並加以分析比較。本研究所得之結果如下：一、每種分析所持的基本論點都是對的，但必須看是從哪一個角度來看；各種工具從不同的角度來靠會有不同的解釋，因此捉住工具的本質內涵，才能建立正確的交易工具，否則錯用工具只會讓自己的資產不斷縮水而已。二、整體而言，各類的投資網站各有其擅長之處，台灣的理財網站也不如大家所預期的皆不如美國網站，投資人可依據自己所要投資的地方，選擇最符合自己使用習慣的理財網站，獲得所需的理財資訊。畢竟在這21世紀裡，成功的投資人是屬於懂得搜尋所需資訊的人。 Stock market is a way that investors expected to earn extra income besides salary. The investor is willing to put money into the stock market for taking rational risk can lead to considerable return. And for there is an information- asymmetry condition existing in the market, the first to get control of the market information is the one to win the first chance of making extra return, which means there are 80% of people losing money and only 20% of them are making money; The rising of internet offers people a cheap platform to collect information rapidly, that also lower the degree of asymmetry. However, what is the information required for investment management? This is the purpose of the study. There are many investing websites online, and what are the differences between the quality and the quantity of information? The study focuses on portal site, media, financial website, and securities firm’s website of four categories to investigate, analyze and compare a total of 16 websites in Taiwan and 2 in States. The outcome of the study is as following: 1. The basic points of every analysis are fairly correct, but the angle makes difference; different tools used from different angles will bring up different explanation. Therefore, holding the essential of tool allows to building up a correct transaction tool. Otherwise, using wrong tool will only shrink one’s asset. 2. As a whole, there is a specialty for each investing website. The financial website in Taiwan is not as bad as expected which is not good enough as ones of States. Investors are free to choose their preference of websites according to the investing area, in case of financial information gathering. In fact, a successful man is the one who knows to search for information in 21centery.
