Abstract:	三維城市模型為未來空間資訊之重要發展方向，房屋模型則為其必要單元。傳統上房屋模型之構建使用空照立體對進行房屋模塑，近年來光達技術成熟，已可有效提供地表之三維模型，並建立房屋模型之潛力。本研究從資料融合角度出發，結合光達資料及向量式地圖，進行房屋模型之建立。本研究所提出的方法包括四個主要部分，即(1)光達資料前處理，(2)向量式地圖前處理，(3)融合光達及向量式地圖， (4)建物模型之重建。在光達資料前處理部分，將使用地表原始離散之三維點群建立數值地表模型，再將其與原始離散之三維點群，建立光達無地表起伏之離散之三維點群。在向量式地圖前處理部分，則進行資料線段自動萃取，並構成封閉之多邊形。在融合二種資料時，先將可能之建物區塊篩選出，再進行建物屋頂面之精化。利用精化之屋頂面之資訊，建立房屋模型。測試擬採用台中大坑同時具有光達及大比例尺向量式地圖之地區。測試將以可靠度及精度為主要考慮。研究期間：9308 ~ 9407
