Abstract:	本計畫延續民國92∼93年「應用衛星雷達於水災監測及淹水範圍與損失評估」計畫，研擬建立衛星災害監測之標準作業程序，並針對今（94）年颱風及梅雨期間豪雨災害進行災區預警、災時衛星影像蒐集及判釋、災情損失之估算，作為各行政區級（如：縣市、鄉鎮、村里）決策與應變之參考。研究期間：9404 ~ 9412
