Abstract:	就複雜程度、組織配置、成本和成效而言，企業系統(Enterprise Systems 之 ES)和傳統系統本質上是不同的，它也和系統使用(system use)有所區分。本計劃之進行時程為三年，並嘗試從不同的理論觀點，來建構企業系統(ES)的理論基礎，以瞭解其特色和啟示。在發展企業系統(ES)的過程中，我們首先探討不同使用者對系統創新的貢獻，與系統的形成及內含之社會元素。在第二年，我們將根據第一年所發展的理論架構來探討經系統實施後系統的組構配置品質。此外，我們亦會進行跨單位的研究，並為第三年的個案研究做準備。在第三年，我們將根據前兩年的研究結果，進行長期的個案研究，以瞭解影響系統的組構配置品質的因素和機制，進而提升其品質和成功率。整體而言，本計劃將首先著重在ERP 系統之探討，進而擴展至其他企業使用之系統，諸如CRM 系統和供應鏈管理系統。研究期間：9408 ~ 9507
