    摘要: 自網際網路的發展以來,在各式革命性新技術迅速發展的今日,產業營運的環境已經正式邁入知識經濟的時代。為了滿足企業的需求與解決企業所面臨的問題,各個產業的資訊投資,均佔企業營收的一定比率,且逐年的成長。但是根據Zahra & Covin(1993)的研究結果指出,資訊科技與企業經營績效之間不一定有「正向關係」,企業策略的規劃必須與資訊策略的規畫相互結合,才有可能為企業創造真正的價值。 本研究以個案分析方式進行,研究對象為石英元件產業中的A公司,該公司在這個經營環境丕變且競爭激烈的產業裡,歷經了金融風暴的考驗,個案公司依然能夠維持高度的成長與獲利,但是隨企業的成長個案公司未來其成長策略如何與資訊策略相互接軌是本研究最主要的目的。 本研究回顧個案公司的成長歷史,分為數個階段深入分析個案企業於各個成長階段,在各階段所使用的成長策略與資訊策略為何?資訊策略如何形成、資訊科技的投資如何管理、所採用的資訊策略為何與採用此資訊策略對企業成長所產生的影響。最後對個案公司的資訊策略進行評估後,提出符合個案公司未來成長的資訊策略發展方向,供個案公司、產業與學術界參考。 本研究發現,(1)當個案公司要加速企業成長動能時,多角化經營模式的經營就愈顯重要的;(2)隨著企業的成長,資訊策略的策略地位不斷的向上提高,成為企業能否持續快速成長的關鍵因素之一;(3)本研究結果顯示,隨企業不斷成長,企業資訊策略將帶動成長策略執行的方向。並建議個案公司採用兩個資訊策略,(1)由預算中心制轉變為利潤中心制,(2)導入ISO20000此國際標準確保資訊治理的達成,使個案公司的資訊策略可配合公司快速的成長,發揮最大的效益。Since the development on internet, today, in various revolutionary and new technologies, the industrial business environment has already entered into the knowledge and economic period. In order to satisfy the demand of the enterprise and question which the enterprise has encountered, the information investment of each industries occupies certain ratio and grow yearly. But, according to Zahra & Covin’s research, the information science and the enterprise business results are not necessarily to have “the positive relationship”. The plan of the enterprise strategy and information strategy plan must unify mutually to create the true value for the enterprise. This research carries on by the case analysis, the object of study for quartz and crystal industry is A Corporation. The company had been through the financial storm test, even in the big change and competitive industry. The case company still can maintain the high growth and profit. But, how the growth strategy and information strategy on case company can mutual connect will be the most main goal on this research. This research reviews the growing history of the case company, it will deeply analysis the case company’s growth strategy and information strategy by divided into several stages, such as how it is formed, how to manage the investment, what strategy be adapted, and what effect will be caused if the enterprise use the above strategy. Last, once evaluate the case company’s strategy; we will bring up the future development direction to conform to the case company, industries, and the academic community. This research discovers (1) when the case company accelerate the growth energy, the multiple management pattern reveals more important; (2) along with enterprise's growth, the information strategy position will turn upward and become one of key factor season if the enterprise can continue to grow. (3) The research showed that comply with the continual growth, the information strategy will lead the execution for the future. Therefore, suggest (1) transforms by the budget center system into the profit center system, (2) inducts ISO20000 international standard to guarantee the achievement on information management and match up the quick growth to elaborate the best profit result.
