Abstract:	如同任何產品、服務及網路應用，網路學習的成功取決於學習者的滿意度，及其他會增加學習者持續使用意圖的因素。本研究整合主觀任務價值及公平理論，以建構一個探討影響學習者持續使用網路學習意圖之動機的模型。此模型假設主觀任務價值的四個元件（成就價值、效用價值、內隱價值及成本）及三種公平（分配公平、程序公平及互動公平）影響學習者的滿意度。此模型亦假設滿意度及主觀任務價值的四個元件，會影響學習者持續使用網路學習的意圖。本研究將使用蒐集自某大學進修推廣網路學習學習者的資料，以驗證研究模型的正確性及假設是否成立。研究期間：9508 ~ 9607
