    Abstract: 近年來,因為人類生產活動而產生的大量溫室氣體使全球暖化問題日益嚴重。其牽扯層面廣泛,包含極端氣候的頻繁出現、全球海平面上升壓縮人類生存空間等等。而目前大氣中所含的溫室氣體以二氧化碳濃度最高,且其存留年限最長,因此二氧化碳乃為全球暖化的重要指標,而節能減碳亦成為延緩全球暖化的主要手段。 本研究主旨在於探討道路設計對於道路營運階段車輛行駛二氧化碳排放的影響。道路生命週期中之二氧化碳排放,以其服務車輛之排放為大宗,而道路平縱面線形、橫斷面設計都對車流有很大的影響。本研究參考過去文獻,得知加速度對行車二氧化碳排放的影響最大,因此本研究以加速度做為反應碳排放之主要因子,找出主要影響加速度之道路設計。並透過錄影觀測及實測數據分析,探討道路設計參數如何影響行車碳排放。   In recent years, the human activities cause a large number of greenhouse gases (GHG) and make the problem of global warming more and more serious. It involves a wide range of issues; for instance, the extreme climate appears frequently, global sea level raising that compresses human living space and so on. At present carbon dioxide are the highest concentration and the longest retention period of GHG in atmosphere. Therefore, the carbon dioxide is an important indicator of global warming. And carbon reduction also becomes the primary way to solve the global warming.    The main purpose of this research is to explore how the road design factors effects the CO2 emission while the vehicle operation, which takes the majority of carbon dioxide emission among life cycle of roads. The horizontal and vertical alignments and transverse section of roads have a great influence on driver’s behaviors. Therefore, this research adopts the acceleration as the main factor to reflect carbon dioxide emission, and seeks the design factors which effect the acceleration. Also, through images of CCTV and measure data can explore how the design factors influences CO2 emission of the vehicle operation.
