Abstract:	本計畫主要以交流阻抗之中斷點法對聚酯類塗層於海水和排煙脫硫環境下進行抗蝕性能的探討.研究重點主要分為:(1)利用中斷點頻率( fb),相角最小值(.PHI. min)及其頻率(f min)及兩個頻率之比例(fb/f min),來評估有機塗層.原理顯示 (fb)和(f min)與塗層脫落的面積和塗層本身的電阻係數有關,(.PHI.min)和(fb/f min)只和塗層脫落的面積有關.因此,記錄(fb)、(fmin)和(.PHI. min)就可決定塗層破壞的程度;(2)以傳統交流阻抗技術來評估有機塗層之抗蝕性能,從頻譜圖中得到各個化學參數、隨著時間變化之關係圖.並和(1)中斷點法之結果互相比較;(3)以開路浸漬法與上述兩種方法比較,探討中斷點法的適用性及其限制,以期與理論互為印證;(4)以SEM-EPMA 、X-ray、FTIR等分別對塗膜破壞的型態及腐蝕的產物做分析. ; 研究期間 8308 ~ 8407
