    Title: 觸控面板水足跡差異分析─以C公司產品為例

    Abstract: 有鑒於水資源的不足,世界各國皆開始推動企業水資源資訊揭露宣導或計劃,以加強企業對水資源管理的概念.2009年繼碳揭露計劃(Carbon Disclosure Project , CDP)後,成立之CDP水揭露(Water Disclosure)計劃,透過大型企業提供關鍵性的水相關資料,作為企業對水資源管理的認知與投資風險管控。
    為因應全球水資源國際趨勢及臺灣水資源不足之營運風險,經濟部工業局於2011年開始推動水足跡示範計畫,挑選了5項業界代表性產品進行水足跡盤查,分別為熱軋鋼捲、可樂好拿手曲線瓶600ml、一般細度高爐石粉、Crystal Inlay CCW 300美石寶、0.73m×0.92m Touch Panel 觸控式面板,除盤查結果具參考性外,並建立水足跡揭露盤查作業流程。
    本研究以0.73m×0.92m Touch Panel 觸控式面板盤查結果為基準,在放流水標準一致的假設下,假設推論其他製作觸控面板製程之水足跡,提供企業決定投入資本資出前,以生命週期評估方法評估水足跡作為判斷依據選項,降低企業投資風險、提高企業形象。
    In view of the shortage of water resources, countries around the world are beginning to promote enterprise resources information disclosure advocacy or plan to strengthen the concept of water resources management. 2009 Following the Carbon Disclosure Plan, CDP, the establishment of the CDP Water Disclosure program, through large-scale enterprises to provide critical water-related information, as a corporate awareness of water resources management and investment risk management and control.
    In response to the international trend of global water resources and water resources are inadequate operational risk in Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs Industrial Development Bureau in 2011 began to promote water footprint demonstration projects selected five representative products for the water industry's footprint inventory, namely hot rolled coils, curve cola bottle 600ml, general fineness blast powder, Crystal Inlay CCW 300 US Shibao, 0.73m × 0.92m Touch Panel touch Panel, in addition to inventory results with reference to sex outside and build water footprint expose inventory processes.
    In this study, 0.73m × 0.92m Touch Panel Touch Panel inventory results as a benchmark, the effluent standards consistent with the hypothesis, assuming that the inference other producers of the touch panel process water footprint, providing enterprise decided to invest capital assets out of the top, to life cycle assessment methods to assess the water footprint as a basis to judge options, reduce business risks and improve corporate image.
