研究期間:10108~10207;The project is to organize domestic well-experience or potential space/engineering payload teams to fabricate satellite-based space payloads for ionospheric study. Current payloads include Assoc. Prof. S. B. Jiang’s micro-gravity accelerometer, Assoc. Prof. T. L. Yeh’s photometers for tomography, Asst,Prof. C. K. Chao’s advanced ion probe, Asst’ Prof. K. Y. Chen’s plasma electric potential detector. These instruments can in-situ measure ionospheric plasma properties, gravity/neutral wind field, and remotely detect airglow. Each subproject is required to deliver an engineering model which can be selected for science studies or engineering applications in the National SPace Organization’s missions in the future. Meanwhile, a space payload workshop will be held to present all these work to the relevant researchers and institutes, e.g. NSPO, CSIST, etc.
