Abstract: 研究期間:10205~10304;This subproject mainly develops ultra-low power biosignal detection systems that consist of analog amplification, filters, digitalization and signal processing. The system architecture is composed of multi-biosignals amplifiers, a sigma-delta data converter, and signal processing circuits. Detected by identical sensors, various biodignals, such as ECG or blood pressure, can be amplified to compatible with maximum input range of following filters through different amplification mechanism. After filtering out-of-band noise, the signals go into a data converter. Outputs of digitalization are sent to the smart sensor controller for data integration, control, and access. It is noticed that electrodes mismatch, process, temperature, and supply voltage (PVT) all causes the gain and frequency variations, respectively. Therefore, tunable frequency is required to make sure the complete signal without distortions. In this subproject, it is proposed to develop an adaptive algorithm of sampled biosignals, which provides self-adjustments for different biosignals, tunable cutoff frequency for the smart sensor management. Certainly, it can overcome poor performances caused from PVT variations.
