摘要:	台灣商用汽車產業歷經國內車市萎縮、市場需求飽和、相關技術資源受制技術母廠與市場規模無法有效突破，以及國際車廠新科技與新技術逐漸成熟，電動或無人駕駛商用車陸續商品化，未來恐將進口台灣衝擊國內商用車市場等狀況。在遭逢前所未有的艱困經營環境情況下，台灣商用汽車產業如何找到新商業機會，達到企業或產業的永續經營等目標，值得關注與探討。因此，本論文將探討台灣商用車產業特性、競爭條件，並進而分析產業發展前景。經採用SCP架構分析整體商用車產業狀況後，本研究分別對政府與汽車業主提出相關建議，期能對台灣商用汽車產業找到新商業機會，達到企業或產業的永續經營等目標有所助益，並能供相關單位及未來研究商用車產業之參考。;Taiwan′s commercial vehicle industry after the domestic auto market shrinking, the market demand is saturated, the relevant technical resources controlled technology master factory and the market size cannot effectively break through, and the international depot new technology and new technology gradually mature, electric or unmanned commercial vehicles continue commercialization, the future fear Will import Taiwan impact on domestic commercial vehicle market and other conditions.
