    Abstract: 放射性廢棄物處置設施之地震影響可包括強地動之影響、斷層錯動與地變形之影響。大地震產生同震地表位移對位於斷層上或附近的結構物造成重大損害,並將影響未來結構,除非適當的結構設計或避免立法減輕了這種危害。Youngs等人(2003)提出一種機率式方法估計斷層位移量,即機率式斷層位移危害度分析,可以估算斷層錯動時引起的地表破裂或位移量。因此,本研究欲銜接放射性廢棄物處置設施之地震影響評估方法回顧,接續再進行次要斷層帶位移量評估方法研析及實際應用。本研究將研選良好地表破裂分佈函數,如最大位移、平均位移、錯移量的空間變異性以及對運算機率式斷層位移危害度分析至關重要的其他隨機變量,以便實例分析。 ;Seismic impact to radioactive waste disposal facilities may include strong ground-motion impact, fault displacement and ground deformation impact. Coseismic surface displacements associated with large earthquakes have caused significant damage to structures located on or near faults and will impact future structures unless proper structural design or avoidance legislation mitigates this hazard. A method have been proposed (Youngs et al.,2003) to estimate fault displacement in a similarly probabilistic manner. Probabilistic fault displacement hazard analysis (PFDHA), is one such procedure that provides an estimate of expected levels of slip on a fault due to surface rupture. Thus, the study tries to continue the review of seismic hazard assessment for radioactive waste disposal facilities, and proceeds with the analysis of assessment methods and practical application for minor fault zone. We try to select empirical distributions for surface rupture, maximum and average displacement, spatial variability of slip, and other random variables that are central to performing PFDHA.
