    Abstract: 在本篇論文中,我們研究了附無線充電裝置於多輸入多輸出的蜂巢式異質性網路,透過在傳統蜂巢式網路中佈署無線充電裝置,以達到頻譜重複利用與提高資料傳輸。在下行階段,基地台對蜂巢用戶做無線資料傳輸且同時對充電裝置做無線充電,而為了在下行鏈路通道中共存下行裝置間傳輸,我們對典型觀測者利用波束成形傳輸,在不超過給定閾值的情況下分別探討了蜂巢用戶之中斷概率以及充電裝置獲取能量之中斷概率;在裝置間傳輸階段,則利用充電裝置在無線充電時所獲取的能量來傳輸,並分析傳輸之中斷概率。吾人假設在所有基地台利用零強制預編碼,而且由獨立泊松點過程為每一層基地台位置建模,以及透過細胞關聯選擇規則,其最大化用戶的平均接收信號。由於利用獨立泊松點過程,我們可以使用隨機幾何數學工具來對干擾創制模形、分析以及對蜂巢用戶訊雜比之中斷概率,充電裝置獵能之中斷概率,以及充電裝置間傳輸中斷概率評估所提出系統的效能。而最後數學證明出蜂巢用戶在多輸入多輸出蜂巢式網路中訊雜比之中斷概率的一般式,以及針對充電裝置從服務基地台獵能項提出理論分析並與干擾項模擬一同比較,更進一步利用充電裝置間獲取能量來傳輸做中斷概率的模擬分析。;In this paper, we study the multiple-input multiple-output heterogeneous cellular network with wireless-powered device-to-device. Deploying wireless-powered devices in cellular networks to achieve spectrum reuse and improved data rate. In the downlink, the base stations (BSs) simultaneously wireless information transmission to the cellular user (CU) and wireless-powered to the device-to-device (D2D). For coexistence of the underlay D2D transmission in downlink channels, we using beamforming toward typical observer and discussed the outage probability of CU and the harvest power outage probability of D2D, respectively. In the D2D transmission, we use the D2D harvest power to transmit and analysis the transmission outage probability. We assume that all BSs using zero-forcing precoding and independent Poisson Point Process (PPP) model for the locations of BSs of each tier, and general cell selection rule that maximizes average received SIR at the users. Due to PPP, we have used stochastic geometry as mathematics tool to analysis interference and evaluate the performance of the proposed system in term of SIR outage probability for cellular and harvest power for D2D and D2D transmission probability. Finally, proves the general outage probability the CU in the MIMO cellular network, and analysis the D2D harvest power only from the serving BS and compare it with the interference. Further, simulated the transmission outage probability by using the harvest energy between the charging D2D to transmit.
