    Abstract: 本研究通過自行開發之製程,使用PDMS (20:1)結合液態金屬之方式,製作出一軟性薄膜的振動發電機,並針對以不同配方製作出的薄膜彈性做測試。此外本研究也針對矯正前與矯正後的發電機做電壓與功率的量測。本研究發電機的薄膜尺寸為50 mm × 12 mm × 1.5 mm,其發電機構造是使用兩片液態金屬薄膜,於中間夾一顆10 mm × 10 mm × 10 mm的方形磁鐵,透過震動之模式來產生電量,其4個單一線圈在38 Hz時可達到最大的平均功率約為幾十nW。;In this study, a self-developed process was used to produce a soft film vibration generator using PDMS combined with liquid metal, and the film elasticity was tested for different formulations. In addition, this study also measures the voltage and power of the generator before and after correction. The membrane size of the generator in this study is 50 mm × 12 mm × 1.5 mm. The generator structure uses two liquid metal films with a 10 mm × 10 mm × 10 mm square magnet sandwiched in the middle. To generate electricity, its four single coils can reach a maximum average power of about tens of nW at 38 Hz.
