Abstract:	晶片的發明改變了人類的生活，更帶來巨大的商機。半導體產業快速成長，5G時代來臨、大數據、自駕車及智慧裝製等多元運用使全球半導體產業需求增加，進而帶動半導體設備需求上揚。身為半導體產業鍊中最重要的設備供應商，如何因應這些需求妥善規劃設備工程師在全球客戶端執行裝機。本研究以人力資源策略規劃的觀點探討個案公司對於佈局全球半導體廣大市場的人力需求配置，在短時間內如何迅速提升人員的專業技術及如何有效解決客戶問題和降低成本。;The invention of the IC chip has greatly changed human’s life and brought great business opportunities. Technology and automation are constantly accelerating and boosting productivity. The rapid growth of the semiconductor industry, the advent of the 5G era, big data, autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence and other diversified use of the global semiconductor industry demand increased, and thus led to the rise in semiconductor equipment demand. As the most important equipment supplier in the semiconductor industry, how to properly allocate human resources to perform installations on clients around the world. This paper explores from the perspective of human resources strategy planning and for manpower needs in response to the rapid expansion of regional semiconductor fabs around the world and cost efficiency.
