    Title: 重車與環境因素對柔性鋪面的影響;The impacts of heavy vehicles and environment factor to flexible pavements

    Abstract: 台灣地處亞熱帶,高溫多雨的氣候,造成鋪面材料強度衰減,進而加速鋪面破壞,影響服務效能,除了環境因素外,台灣特殊的交通載重特性,使得重車亦成為鋪面破壞的重要原因。 本研究主要之目的在由鋪面材料受環境影響的觀點出發,針對造成鋪面損壞主要因素重車,依據實際調查之軸重與胎壓數據,分析重車對鋪面損壞的影響程度,以提供公路管轄單位作為重車之載重限制及提昇路面材料成效之參考依據。 本研究收集鋪面材料性質、縣道110線的交通量及重車軸重資料,以KENLAYER建構一非線性鋪面模型,並將全年分為高溫季、低溫季,以了解不同溫度季節對鋪面破壞的影響分析,也以雨量考量了乾季、溼季對鋪面破壞的影響,由分析結果得知,高溫季及溼季佔了全年鋪面破壞比例的大部份,也因此針對高溫季及溼季限制軸重或限制胎壓,應為一可行的鋪面破壞改善方式,此外,為明確定義鋪面有效溫度,亦實際進行了鋪面溫度的量測,並利用鋪面模型驗證,結果顯示,鋪面深度2 cm ~ 7 cm的溫度,為最佳的鋪面有效溫度。 This thesis aims at investigating the effects of heavy vehicles, high temperature, and water on the distress and performance of flexible pavements in Taiwan. First of all, the author collects and analyses the most usual pavement material, which contains HMA, granular subbase, and subgrade. Second, he uses KENLAYER, which is one of the most widespread pavement design programs, to construct pavement models to proceed the consequent analyses. In order to understand the concept of pavement effective temperature, the author also observes the relation between temperature and pavement depth, from the observation, he proposes the temperature in the depth of 2cm to 7cm could be the best pavement effective temperature.
