Abstract:	本研究擬以「民國禮制」中的喪禮、喪服之制為主題，分析民國肇建（1912）年以來禮制的因革與實踐。除了鈎稽制禮過程的史實，更將具體分析三個重要階段的制禮成果。研究擬以約編成於民國十六年（1927）的《中華民國通禮之凶禮草案》、民國廿一年（1932）姚文柟《喪禮喪服草案》、民國廿七年（1938）內政、教育兩部修訂之《禮制草案》、民國卅三年（1944）國立禮樂館《中華民國禮制》四部禮制草案為討論主要分析對象，兼及當時議禮的相關文獻，從「經典」與「經世」的交互關係。研究的明確議題有三：制禮的經典依據、民國喪禮與喪服反映的社會變遷、制禮活動引發的學界論辯。　　本研究根據的文獻概分三類：政府公告之禮制及相關說明、政府檔案、相關人士記述、評議。期間擬赴日本京都大學、南京「中國第二歷史檔案館」、南京大學、中國人民大學查核相關文獻。　　本研究擬以二年為期，第一年著重分析《中華民國通禮之凶禮草案》、《喪服喪禮草案》、《禮制草案》、《北泉議禮錄》喪服、喪禮之基本內容，並分析與《禮》經、前代禮典之關係，撰成〈胡玉縉與民國禮制〉、〈姚文柟會通古今喪禮、喪服之研究〉論文兩篇。第二年計畫編成「民國制禮大事紀」、「民國禮制因革譜」初稿，並撰文探討民國禮制與國家體制、社會結構、文化思潮的關係。　　本研究雖以民國十六年（1927）至民國三十七年（1948）三次制禮、修禮事件及其成果為析論對象，但仍期望對從今以往的禮儀規畫有參考價值。 ;Funeral Rites and Mourning which closely related to family structure are very important in Chinese society. The government of Republic of Chinese have kept amending the Ritual System to make people comply since 1912.In this research project, we want to analyze three key events during 1927 to 1948. We will spend two years studying four precious documents and completing four papers. Hope this research will contribute to the research on Chinese Classics and provide reference value for the formulation of modern etiquette.
