Abstract:	桃園市政府自103年起升格直轄市，並於105年2月23日頒布桃園市政府所屬一級機關及桃園市各區公所工程品質督導小組設置及作業要點，以規定本市所屬機關成立工程品質督導小組，另頒布績效考核作業要點，以規定督導小組需每年接受考核，使公共工程三級品管制度更為落實。本研究係以桃園市政府所屬機關工程品質督導小組運作及機制為公共工程三級品管制度之重要性為研究對象，並收集彙整近3年督導小組執行相關資料，配合桃園市政府市府工程品質督導小組設置及作業要點及績效考核要點精進及修正，以期完善公共工程三級品質管理制度。 ;Taoyuan City Government has been upgraded to a municipality since 2014. Later, the government promulgated the setting and operation of the Government Engineering Quality Supervision Team on February 23, 2016, to stipulate the departments and district offices of the government, to establish the Government Engineering Quality Supervision Team. In addition, the main points of performance appraisal work were promulgated to stipulate that the supervision team shall be assessed annually, and the three-tier quality control system of public works can be more implemented. This research is based on the importance of the three-tier quality control system for public works, collected and summarize the operation and mechanism used by the Taoyuan City Government supervision team in the past 3 years. And incorporate with the setting, operation, and performance appraisal of the Government Engineering Quality Supervision Team, to make improvements and amendments, in order to improve the three-tier quality management system for public works.
