    Abstract: 本研究所開發之拉伸性導電薄膜,可用於製作能對細胞同時施予拉伸及電刺激的生物反應器,細胞在誘導後能透過溫控完整取下,以提高細胞存活率及功能性。此研究應用於治療心肌梗塞等損傷,使誘導的細胞與原生心肌結合,不僅能修補受損部位,且具耦合收縮的能力來恢復心肌功能。本裝置亦可作為物理刺激觀察平台,以了解肌肉相關疾病的致病機轉,提升對於如肌肉萎縮症等的臨床治療和藥物開發。
