    Abstract: 發展追蹤雲像元演算法,估計雲系統的發展。並利用類神經網路預測雲的移動並估計預測時間與正確率。最後整合相關子計畫之參數,利用線性的互相關函數計算雲特性的變化與降雨的時間差與相關性。期望能提升降雨預報,避免極端氣候災害。
