Abstract:	女性天花板一直是近年來多數國家領導人、政策制定者、投資人及關係人關注的議題，大家也致力設法弭平性別差異造成的不公平。這個問題不僅社會關心，對經濟的影響也甚鉅，在學術上，組織高層中的性別差異對政府和公司政策的影響是混合的不清楚且沒有一個一致的結論。因此我們希望透過類自然實驗事件的發生，去探討性別差異和公司政策績效之間的因果關係，進而做出較具科學性得一致性結論。
