Abstract:	以血液檢驗方式診斷阿茲海默症的技術皆須將類澱粉蛋白的抗體固定於微米或奈米粒子表面。然而，固定抗體對抗體本身的構型乃至於對其與類澱粉蛋白之交互作用的影響卻鮮少被探討，即使這樣的影響會造成檢驗結果的偏差。為了補足這方面的不足，本研究將探討固定抗體如何造成抗體的改變。我們期待能由這項研究尋找出固定抗體最理想的條件，以提升血液檢驗阿茲海默症的精準度與可靠度，使這項技術可普及於高齡人口的健康檢查當中。
