Abstract:	臺灣地區焚化廠營運不僅獲得再生能源並提供環境永續解決方案之一，這些焚化廠即將面臨關廠汰換階段。關廠汰換期間，如何解決區域內其他焚化廠間資源重新分配是服務系統重要永續管理課題。集權性資料包絡分析，有別於傳統分散式效率評估，是中央決策者優化組織整體資源分配效率。目標在最小化所有決策單位整體投入消耗 (或最大化整體產出產量)，透過運營單位間重新分配資源提升整體組織的績效。本研究將臺灣地區 24 座焚化廠分成五個區域，探討區域中特定焚化廠進行長時間關廠汰換，發展以差額變數衡量為基礎之中央集權資料包絡分析模式，求解出明確資源重分配決策方案，改善區域焚化廠整體營運效率。本計畫具有學術創新價值和實務貢獻。
