Abstract:	本計畫主要在發展與分析共享平台與傳統平台之間的雙贏策略建構方式。考量到台灣目前共享計程車的發展與租車業者的營運模式，本計畫研究成果可作為傳統企業未來導入共享平台結盟的參考。並且本研究也會分析消費者權益在該夥伴結盟計畫底下是否有被改善或不當剝削。市場上價格與市占率變化，出租平台可保留作為本業用途之服務能量，使用共享平台所需之平均等待時間皆被列入重點觀察對象。另外，在學術研究上，大部分在研究共享租車的模型多半是獨占或同質性競爭(請參考本計畫在文獻回顧整理資訊)。本研究能作為領頭羊將過去對共享租車平台的研究能量擴展到其他領域議題上。
