Abstract:	本研究案係以三年期四個研究框架來討論社會服務生態系統中，數位社會創新所扮演之至關重要的角色。其中，第一個計畫將貫穿三年期，採質性研究的方式發展並建構一完整社會服務生態系統理論。第二個計畫至第四個計畫，分別從NPOs與不同利害關係人（贊助者、志願服務者）交換之觀點進行討論。此三個模型不論是在社會行銷、社會服務或資訊管理的研究領域中，都具有重要的研究價值與貢獻。此外，本計畫案亦將針對數位培訓措施之概念發展全新量表，此構面之量表發展對相關學術研究及實務界而言，亦有著相當之貢獻。
