Abstract:	美國在2000年正式通過給予中國關稅最惠國待遇之後，美國當地許多製造業便長期受到中國低價競爭的威脅，處理中美貿易關係，也成為了美國第45任總統川普上任之後最主要的政策目標。川普總統於2017年展開一系列制裁中國低價貿易競爭的政策，中國也進行了貿易政策上的反擊，使得全球自由貿易回到了關稅保護主義的時代。在關稅保護主義的情形下，公司的經理人如何反應?經理人又是如何帶領公司挺過因長期附著於全球貿易失去彈性的公司生產及投資策略呢?是本計畫的研究重點。
