    Abstract: 本計畫以創新的光學元件設計與解相系統,讓量測系統保有優異的解析度與穩定度,並改善了傳統干涉儀體積大架構複雜等問題,在工程上能夠以輕巧的架構,在空間有限的情況下,對製程設備進行幾何誤差量測及補償,也克服機械產業長久以來所面臨的空間校正困難。本計畫的成功,將提升機械產業的加工與檢測能力,進而提升產品品質,促進國內機械產業的產品競爭力。
