    Abstract: 本論文以積體化三頻分支線耦合器為研究目標,提出使用三頻橋式T線圈(Bridged-T Coil, BTC)等效三頻傳輸線的設計方法。首先建立三頻BTC設計公式,再根據選定的操作頻率所對應之電氣長度求解出BTC之各集總元件值,最後於PCB及WIPD製程中驗證等效傳輸線的性能。本研究所提出的三頻BTC等效傳輸線不但有效縮小傳輸線電路面積,更於2.3 / 3.7 / 4.9 GHz三個頻率下達到與目標阻抗匹配,然而相位誤差過大是仍待改善的問題。後續並進行損耗及寄生效應分析,以評估BTC設計的改善方向。
    本研究並將上述設計的三頻BTC組合成三頻分支線耦合器,並以WIPD製程實現,其操作頻率為1.9 / 3.7 / 4.8 GHz,電路面積僅3.67 mm × 3.006 mm,於4.8 GHz時的電氣尺寸為0.060 λ0 × 0.049 λ0。
    ;This paper focuses on the integrated three-band branch-line coupler and proposes a design method using the equivalent three-band transmission lines with Bridged-T Coils (BTC). First, the design formulas for the three-band BTC are established, and then the component values of the BTC are solved based on the chosen operating frequencies′ corresponding electrical lengths. Finally, the performance of the equivalent transmission lines is verified through PCB and WIPD processes. The proposed three-band BTC in this study not only effectively reduces the circuit area of the transmission lines but also achieves impedance matching at 2.3 / 3.7 / 4.9 GHz frequencies. However, the problem of excessive phase error still needs to be addressed. Subsequent loss and parasitic effect analyses are conducted to evaluate the improvement direction of the BTC design.
    Furthermore, the designed three-band BTC is combined to form a three-band branch-line coupler and implemented using the WIPD process. The operating frequencies are 1.9 / 3.7 / 4.8 GHz, and the circuit area is only 3.67 mm × 3.006 mm. The electrical dimensions at 4.8 GHz are 0.060 λ0 × 0.049 λ0.
