本文以「透地雷達道路檢測專案管理-以桃園市為例」為題,探討在道路檢測領域中,藉由專案管理方式執行透地雷達,輔助使用機關能夠在履約過程中有所依循。 透地雷達作為一種非破壞性檢測技術,已被廣泛應用於地下管線及孔洞檢測。然而,透地雷達檢測作業具有高度專業性,且公務機關普遍面臨專業人力不足及管理經驗欠缺等問題。本研究旨在探討如何將專案管理知識體系PMBOK® Guide第七版應用於透地雷達檢測專案管理,以提升專案執行成效與管理效率。 成果不僅能作為桃園市政府及其他縣市政府推動透地雷達檢測專案管理的參考依據,亦能作為其他工程領域應用 PMBOK® Guide 第七版的參考案例。期望透過本研究能促進 PMBOK® Guide 第七版與透地雷達技術在公共工程領域的廣泛應用,進而提升公共工程管理的品質與效率,保障民眾的生命財產安全。 ;This paper, titled "Project Management of Ground Penetrating Radar for Road Inspection - A Case Study of Taoyuan City," explores the use of project management methods in the field of road inspection using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). The aim is to assist implementing agencies with a framework to follow during the contract performance process. GPR, a non-destructive testing technology, has been widely used for detecting underground pipelines and voids. However, GPR inspection operations require a high level of expertise, and public agencies often face challenges such as a lack of specialized personnel and insufficient management experience. This study aims to investigate how to apply the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Seventh Edition to the project management of GPR inspection projects, in order to enhance project execution effectiveness and management efficiency. The results of this research can serve as a reference for Taoyuan City Government and other municipal governments in promoting GPR inspection projects. They can also serve as a reference case for applying the PMBOK® Guide Seventh Edition in other engineering fields. It is hoped that this study can promote the widespread application of the PMBOK® Guide Seventh Edition and GPR technology in the field of public works, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of public works management and safeguarding the lives and property of the public.
