    摘要: 隨著資訊科技的急速發展和行動網路的普及,電子商務已經成為全球經濟的重要趨勢。因此市場需求逐漸轉變為「少量、多樣化」,市場需求的改變同時也提升了物流中心的作業難度。根據De Koster et al.(2007)的研究指出,目前大多數的物流中心仍屬於勞力密集的產業,在物流中心裡與揀貨作業相關的人力佔了50%以上,相當耗成本。故導入自動化設備,並規劃一個合適的揀貨策略,將對物流中心的成本、產能以及效率有著決定性的影響。
    由於類似Locusbots系統具有揀貨機器人數目的靈活調整能力,無論是繁忙時段還是淡季,都能有效應對不同訂單量的變化;而區域選擇為了有效提升揀貨效率,具有多種優勢。揀貨人員不必在偌大的物流中心裡四處走動,其只需固定待在揀貨Zone裡,揀貨機器人會載送訂單及揀貨箱至揀貨Zone讓揀貨人員進行揀貨作業,除了降低人力成本,同時提升揀貨作業之效率與準確性。
    本研究參考類Locusbots系統做為發想基礎,從Robot角度著重探討,提出類Locusbots系統於分區揀貨倉庫的揀貨機器人之揀貨作業流程兩種主要類型,「先選擇Zone再選擇Block流程」以及「直接選擇Block流程」,針對其揀貨策略進行以下兩問題的探討,為「Robot的Zone選取問題」與「Robot的Block選取問題」。最後利用Arena模擬軟體實驗之結果,分析本研究提出的數種法則在不同績效指標下的表現,主要針對兩主要類型的流程進行績效比較,期望對未來之類似研究有相對貢獻。
    ;With the rapid development of information technology and the widespread use of mobile networks, e-commerce has become a significant trend in the global economy. Consequently, market demand is gradually shifting towards "small quantities and diverse varieties," which simultaneously increases the operational difficulty of distribution centers. According to De Koster et al. (2007), most distribution centers remain labor-intensive industries, with more than 50% of the workforce involved in picking operations, leading to high costs. Therefore, the implementation of automated equipment and the planning of an appropriate picking strategy will have a decisive impact on the cost, productivity, and efficiency of distribution centers.
    Due to the flexible adjustment capability of picking robots in systems similar to Locusbots, they can effectively handle varying order volumes, whether during peak periods or off-seasons. Zone picking has multiple advantages for improving picking efficiency. Pickers do not need to move around a large distribution center; they only need to stay within their designated picking zones. Picking robots will transport orders and picking bins to the zones for the pickers to carry out their tasks, thereby reducing labor costs while enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of picking operations.
    This study uses a system similar to Locusbots as the conceptual foundation, focusing on the perspective of robots. It proposes two primary types of picking processes for picking robots in a zoned picking warehouse: the "Zone First, then Block" process and the "Direct Block" process. The study investigates two key issues regarding the picking strategies: the "Robot Zone Selection Problem" and the "Robot Block Selection Problem." Finally, using Arena simulation software, the study analyzes the performance of several proposed rules under different performance indicators, primarily comparing the performance of the two main types of processes. It is hoped that this research will contribute to future studies in this area.
