隨著化妝品市場需求與競爭逐漸攀升,以及消費者對品質與安全性等的高度重視,原料供應商的選擇成為該產業供應鏈管理中的關鍵課題。本研究聚焦於S公司所面臨市場環境的變化,以及集團政策的調整,需強化供應商評選能力,以提升採購能力及整體競爭力。為此,本研究採用層級分析法建立了適用於化妝品原料製造商的評選準則,目的在於改善現有評選模式外,並提供系統化、透明化的供應商決策模型與框架。 本研究評選準則涵蓋「品質」、「交期」、「價格」、「永續治理」及「服務」五大構面及該構面下19項次準則,以全面反映供應商的綜合實力與長期合作潛力。透過層級分析法進行權重分析,評斷出各構面與次準則的重要性,並將其應用於原料製造商的實際評選中。研究結果顯示,該方法不僅能客觀評估供應商在多維度上的表現,還能突顯不同供應商在特定構面上的優勢,幫助企業發掘更具價值的潛在製造商,並為選擇最適合的合作夥伴提供了可靠的依據。 ;As demand and competition in the cosmetics market continue to rise, along with consumers′ increasing emphasis on quality and safety, selecting raw material suppliers has become a critical issue of supply chain management in this industry. This study focuses on the changes in the market environment faced by S Company and the adjustments in group policies, necessitating the enhancement of supplier selection capabilities to improve procurement performance and overall competitiveness. To address this, the study adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish evaluation criteria suitable for cosmetic raw material manufacturers, aiming to provide a systematic and transparent supplier decision-making model and framework. The evaluation criteria developed in this study cover five primary dimensions—“Quality,” “Delivery,” “Cost,” “Sustainability,” and “Service”—and 19 sub-criteria under these dimensions, comprehensively reflecting the overall capabilities and long-term collaboration potential of suppliers. Through AHP weight analysis, the study identifies the importance of each dimension and sub-criterion and applies the model to the practical evaluation of raw material manufacturers. The results demonstrate that this method not only enables objective assessment of suppliers’ multidimensional performance but also highlights their strengths in specific areas, helping businesses identify more valuable potential manufacturers and providing effective guidance for selecting the most suitable partners.
