    Abstract: 珍珠號立方衛星PEARL-1C於2023年11月11日隨SpaceX Transporter-9小型衛星共乘任務成功發射,其主要任務為Ka頻段通訊實驗,次要任務包括電離層電漿參數量測及影像拍攝。衛星發射後進入調適階段,旨在確認衛星系統在太空環境中的運行狀態,以確保任務順利執行。
    本論文記錄並分析PEARL-1C在調適階段的操控過程,調適過程包括軌道確認、各次系統的健康檢查、姿態控制系統的校正與測試、三項任務酬載的早期測試。PEARL1C在調適階段經歷了一些挑戰,例如電池平衡晶片的暫時異常,以及衛星在太陽能板未展開的Y-Thomson狀態下,經過一個完整的軌道,耗電大於充電。至2024年4月底,確認衛星各項系統穩定運行並順利啟動三個任務酬載後,調適階段宣告結束,衛星進入正常運作階段。針對調適階段所遭遇的問題,本論文提出了系統設計及操控方法上的改善建議,預期這些建議將對未來相關任務產生正向影響。本論文亦提供了衛星與地面站之間通聯表現的統計數據,統計結果顯示,在調試階段內,每次與衛星接觸的平均通聯時間約為76秒,雖然時間較短,但足以完成指令傳送及資料下載。
    ;The PEARL-1C CubeSat was successfully launched on November 11, 2023, via the SpaceX Transporter-9 rideshare mission. Its primary objective is to conduct Ka-band communication experiments. Also onboard the CubeSat are payloads designated for measuring ionospheric plasma parameters and capturing remote-sensing images. Following its launch, the satellite entered its commissioning phase, during which the performance of the system in the space environment was verified to ensure a successful mission. By the end of April 2024, the stable operation of all subsystems and successful activation of the three mission payloads were confirmed. The operations team then declared the end of the commissioning phase and the satellite mission transitioned to its normal operational phase.

    The commissioning phase includes tasks, such as orbit determination, subsystem health checks, calibration and testing of the attitude and determination control system (ADCS), and initial testing of the three mission payloads. Several challenges were faced during the commissioning phase, such as a temporary anomaly in the balancer chip and a negative power in the Y-Thomsom state when the solar panels were stowed. This thesis records and analyzes the operations of PEARL-1C during the commissioning phase. Based on the challenges, several recommendations are proposed to improve system design and operational methods. These recommendations are expected to contribute positively to future related missions. In addition, this thesis provides statistics on communication performance between satellite and ground stations. The statistical result indicates that the average communication duration across all passes during the commissioning phase is approximately 76 seconds per pass, which is short but sufficient to complete commands and data downlink.
