摘要:	為配合政府法規與競爭激烈的市場環境，製造業需提升供應鏈敏捷性、服務能力和綠色製造，這三者是保持競爭優勢的關鍵。供應鏈敏捷性保障快速應對市場變化，服務能力提高客戶體驗和產品價值，而綠色製造則致力於降低污染。數位工具在此背景下提供了強大支持，本研究欲探討數位化的引入，是否能為製造業帶來產品的創新與生產效率的提升。本研究以268份樣本進行實證分析，探討數位化在臺灣製造業全球供應鏈中所扮演的角色，以供應鏈數位化、供應鏈敏捷性、綠色製造、服務能力與營運績效、創新績效之關係探討，採用偏最小平方結構方程式 (PLS-SEM) 進行分析，並提出研究模型進行驗證，並且驗證供應鏈數位化之中介效果，了解加入數位化前後對績效之影響。本研究結果證實，供應鏈敏捷性、綠色製造、服務能力皆可以供應鏈數位化為中介變數，對營運績效產生正面影響，綠色製造、服務能力皆可以供應鏈數位化為中介變數，對創新績效產生正面影響，供應鏈敏捷性與創新績效則無法以供應鏈數位化作為中介變數，並對研究結果進行實務與理論之探討。;In order to comply with government regulations and the competitive market environment, the manufacturing industry needs to enhance supply chain agility, servitization, and green manufacturing. These three are key factors for maintaining companies’ competitive. Supply chain agility ensures quick responses to market changes, servitization enhances customer satisfaction and product value, while green manufacturing aims to reduce pollution. Digital tools provide strong support in this context. This study aims to explore whether the introduction of digitization can lead to product innovation and increased production efficiency in the manufacturing industry. An empirical analysis was conducted using 268 samples to explore the role of digitization in the global supply chain of Taiwan′s manufacturing industry. The study examines the relationships between supply chain digitization, supply chain agility, servitization, green manufacturing, operational performance, and innovation performance. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed for analysis, and a research model was proposed and validated. The study also verifies the mediating effect of supply chain digitization to understand the impact on performance before and after digitization. The results of this study confirm that supply chain agility, green manufacturing, and servitization all positively affect operational performance through the mediation of supply chain digitization. Green manufacturing and servitization positively affect innovation performance through the mediation of supply chain digitization. However, supply chain agility does not use supply chain digitization as a mediating variable to impact innovation performance, and conduct practical and theoretical discussions on the research findings.
