    Abstract: 考慮狄拉克方程式在全局德西特空間和反德西特空間時空中具有質量和帶電的旋量場,我們得到了由超幾何方程式所構成的解。透過辨識漸近正無窮和負無窮區域中的入態和出態,我們得到了博格留波夫變換。博格留波夫變換的係數給出了電子對的產生率和真空持久性。;Considering the Dirac equation with massive and charged spinor fields in the global de-Sitter and Anti-de-Sitter spacetime, we obtain the solutions which are formed of hypergeometric equations. By identifying the in-modes and out-modes in the asymptotic positive infinity and negative infinity regions, we find the Bogoliubov transformation. The coefficients of the Bogoliubov transformation gives us the pair production rate and the vacuum persistence.
