本論文以筆者製作的「漫步淡水」網站為例，探討如何在設計以地域性景點為核心的網站時，呈現當地的文化特色及景點與歷史事件的關聯性。 淡水作為臺灣著名的觀光勝地，當地不僅交通便利、景色雅緻，也因多元美食、異國風情的古蹟，每年有數百萬人到訪。然而，目前開放大眾參觀的古蹟多數缺少導覽員，遊客亦多為一日遊，因此在走訪淡水時往往無法深入認識當地的文化與歷史。現有觀光網站對歷史的介紹多較淺薄，難以滿足對歷史感興趣的遊客需求。 為改善這一現狀，筆者設計「漫步淡水」網站，提供更具深度的歷史介紹。網站在架構上以旅遊資訊為主軸，融合文化元素，並參考1900至1990年間的報章書刊，呈現淡水在產業、交通及地景上的變遷。網站還製作了相關影片，旨在補充現場導覽不足的問題，讓遊客透過影片瞭解景點歷史。網站依照景點的特色，規劃數個特色行程，讓讀者可以依據興趣挑選，同時能節省自訂行程表的時間。 「漫步淡水」不僅是旅遊網站，也是歷史學應用的範例，期望能引起大眾對地方史的興趣，並為歷史研究生提供設計參考。 ;This paper takes the author′s "Strolling Tamsui" website as an example to explore how to present local cultural characteristics and the connections between attractions and historical events when designing a website centered on regional sights. As a famous tourist destination in Taiwan, Tamsui not only boasts convenient transportation and picturesque scenery but also attracts millions of visitors each year with its diverse culinary offerings and historical sites of foreign influence. However, most of the historical sites currently open to the public lack tour guides, and many visitors tend to engage in one-day trips, resulting in a superficial understanding of the local culture and history. Existing tourism websites often provide only shallow historical introductions, failing to meet the needs of history enthusiasts. To address this issue, the author designed the "Strolling Tamsui" website, offering more in-depth historical information. The website is structured around travel information while incorporating cultural elements, referencing newspapers and publications from 1900 to 1990 to showcase the changes in Tamsui′s industry, transportation, and landscape. Additionally, the site features related videos to supplement the lack of on-site guidance, allowing visitors to learn about the historical context of attractions through these videos. Eight themed itineraries have been planned according to the unique characteristics of each site, enabling users to select based on their interests while saving time in customizing their travel plans. "Strolling Tamsui" serves not only as a travel website but also as an example of applied historical research, aiming to spark public interest in local history and provide design references for students in historical studies.
