    摘要: 基於強力刮齒製造圓柱形蝸桿的技術已經被開發,但尚未應用於環面形蝸桿。環面漸開線蝸桿(TI蝸桿)傳動系統由一個漸開線齒輪和一個環面蝸桿組成。在過去,TI蝸桿通常通過車削、銑削或磨削加工。然而這些方法的效率較低,每一個加工周期只能加工單一齒槽。為了解決這些問題,本研究提出了一種使用強力刮齒工藝製造TI蝸桿的創新方法。基於CNC架構建立數學模型,並使用錐形刮削刀具生成TI蝸桿表面。為了減少刮削TI蝸桿表面的法向偏差,本研究對生成刮削刀具的齒條刀進行法向修正,採用基於Levenberg–Marquardt推導齒條多項式方程中的修正係數。最後透過數值模擬對TI蝸桿進行模擬加工,驗證了所提出方法的可行性。;Power skiving for cylindrical worm manufacturing has been recently developed but has not yet been applied to hourglass-shaped worms. Toroidal involute worm (TI worm) drive consists of an involute gear and an hourglass-shaped worm. Traditionally, TI worms are machined by turning, milling, or grinding. However, these methods face challenges with less efficiency, as they can only machine one tooth groove per machining cycle. A novel approach for manufacturing TI worms using a power skiving process is proposed to address these issues. A mathematical model based on the CNC machine structure is established to produce the skived TI worm surface using a conical skiving tool. To reduce normal deviation on the surface of the skived TI worm, the rack profile, which serves as a generating tool for the skiving tool, is corrected. A closed loop based on the Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm is employed to derive coefficients in the polynomial equation of the corrected rack. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by carrying out the machining of the TI worm using numerical examples.
