    摘要: 台灣擁有全球最大印刷電路板產業鏈,印刷電路板製作過程不僅經過繁雜的製造程序,還搭配使用許多化學藥劑與洗滌水,方能產生一塊手掌大小的印刷電路板,同時產生了各種高濃度的污染物。
    近年來永續環境發展意識越來越普及,環保意識越來越強烈,PCB製程中產生之污染需妥善處理方能符合企業社會責任,但PCB濕製程中產生各高濃度廢液若直接排入廢水處理系統,往往會造成處理系統超出負荷等因素,導致放流水超標,因此在本研究係以系統思維,分析與解決PCB廠廢水處理系統問題,探討其放流水超標之根原因,並提出解決對策。
    在研究中,確認PCB廠廢水處理系統問題之根原因後調整既有處理系統機制,以既有廢水處理設施增設各高濃度廢液收集槽,並將高濃度廢液暫存後定量混和清洗廢水之方式,在高濃度廢液總量不超過清洗水之20%以上之情況下混和,不僅有效降低廢水處理系統之負荷,亦可使放流水符合放流水標準。
    ;Taiwan has the world′s largest printed circuit board industry chain. The printed circuit board production process not only goes through a complicated manufacturing process, but also uses a lot of chemicals and washing water to produce a palm-sized printed circuit board. At the same time, it produces a variety of high-concentration of pollutants.
    In recent years, the awareness of sustainable environmental development has become more and more popular, and environmental awareness has become stronger. The pollution generated in the PCB process must be properly handled in order to meet corporate social responsibility. However, if the high-concentration waste liquid generated in the PCB wet process is directly discharged into Wastewater treatment systems often cause the treatment system to exceed the load and other factors, resulting in excessive discharge water. Therefore, this study uses systematic thinking to analyze and solve the problems of PCB factory wastewater treatment systems, explore the root causes of excessive discharge water, and propose solutions. Countermeasures.
    During the study, the root cause of the problem in the PCB factory′s wastewater treatment system was confirmed and the existing treatment system mechanism was adjusted. The existing wastewater treatment facilities were equipped with high-concentration waste liquid collection tanks, and the high-concentration waste liquid was temporarily stored and then quantitatively mixed with the cleaning wastewater. The method of mixing high-concentration wastewater when the total amount does not exceed 20% of the cleaning water can not only effectively reduce the load of the wastewater treatment system, but also make the discharged water meet the discharged water standards.
